  What a gem. I want to now go and downgrade any other 5 star hotel review I've given because the Bell Hotel is better. AshLy and Karli put so much care and attention into every detail. It's a fun challenge just to discover it all.

  Wow, the Bell Hotel is such a cool little place and my wife and I count ourselves fortunate to have found this gem in the heart of Helena! The owners, Karli and Ashly, have really curated something so different and special with the Bell Hotel that it has us thinking differently about what we as hotel patrons should expect from our stays around the country from this point forward. Their attention to detail in each of the 14 rooms is amazing! We honestly felt like we were staying at a well appointed condo in Helena and not a hotel room. It truly felt like a home vs. a transient hotel stay for two nights. While other large chain hotels focus on everything BUT their rooms, Bell focuses squarely on comfort, decor, and a personalized touch that the competition has long since forgotten. True comfort, intentional and personalized touches, and absolutely spotless rooms. Everything here was amazing and made our stay in Helena terrific! We even met Karli after we checked in and she was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful with local recommendations for dining and activities. Just like the Bell Hotel, she radiated an excitement and enthusiasm for what she and Ashly have created here. Quality of experience over quantity of rooms. Boutique hotel says it all; 14 rooms that focus on the individual customer experience without all of the distractions that take the focus off of drab rooms and average stays at other hotels. Bell Hotel has earned our business every time we come to Helena from this point forward! Well done and thank you for reminding us what we should expect from a quality hotel when we travel!

  Such a refreshing break from the corporate motel / hotel scene. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The checkin and checkout experience was seamlessly executed with smiles, conversation and authentic interest in our experience. I loved looking out over the green park behind the rooms and listening to the birds. It was fun to look around the room and see all the varied paintings and furnishings which together make a relaxing and restful home away from home. We will definitely return.

  This is a perfect spot while visiting Helena. It is centrally located near downtown, shopping, and restaurants. The room is so comfortable and welcoming. I can’t wait to return.

  We found Bell Hotel last minute and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST. Down to the last detail- you can tell a lot of intention went into designing this place. Service was warm and welcoming- the lobby had mocktails and fresh baked goods. The inside of our room was sooo cute. The bed was super comfortable - quality linens and pillows. The rate was low/reasonable/same as other chains so you might as well stay here for a better experience! Thanks for having us!
