Amanda Furth was my Attorney throughout my entire Worker’s Comp journey! It was a long one!..Unforunately, things can happen - out of your control, or your attorney’s control - that can end up delaying the case.
After almost a year and a half the ball finally started to get served and volleyed back and forth. Personally, I felt they were potentially using tactics in order to stall, or “kick the can down the road” so to say - in order to see if I’d tire out or go away.
Amanda was Confident, kept me calm, & was always patient with me.
Without revealing specifics, I can confidently say that Amanda’s drive is palpable. Ultimately, she gained my trust - and I deferred to her near the end (with my input of course). Judging solely on the outcome of my specific case I was more than pleased to work with Amanda Furth and the rest of the Osterbauer team.
