  Having experience as both a leasing manager and also being a tenant, I can confidently say this management team is responsive and considerate. The staff is always friendly, and while not all work orders were completed before move-in (no one is perfect, I'm not really concerned about that), I saw firsthand how hard they work to get things done promptly, once it is brought to their attention. As tenants, communication and follow-through are crucial, and whenever I raised concerns, they were addressed promptly. It’s easy to focus on the negatives, but I think it’s important to acknowledge the efforts that go into making sure things are handled properly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home:)

  Just wanted to give a shout out to the new manager, Kama Stone. She is kind, warm, smart, effective, and in the moment. Every interaction I've had with her tells me she is a sincere, authentic person who can get things done. She's a gem!

  I just moved in and there is already so much I love here! First off, Danielle is so kind and helpful and made the move in process stress free for me. The apartment I am renting is very comfortable and my neighbors are friendly! I love the community and surrounding neighborhood here so much!

  Nice quiet neighborhood, whenever I’ve had issues , they’ve addressed them courteously and promptly. On my second lease now. Tanya and Art are the BEST!!!
