I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and the experience I received on my first visit to the Factory Direct Mattress store. Josh Rowley went above and beyond today, and that’s an understatement. He helped us explore multiple options before quickly finding a solution to accommodate our needs. His willingness to find a solution and right that second make it happen was just beyond comparison. Offered us a fair deal and even delivered our mattress and frame that same day within minutes of us finishing! An awesome family owned business. Great products and outstanding customer service.
